Financial Freedom: Ownership vs. Stewardship

As we discovered last week, Financial Freedom is a deeply spiritual issue. Jesus wants to give us a rich and satisfying life, but that comes through challenging our perceptions about our money. In the second week of the series, we tackle the greatest barrier on our path towards freedom: our own sense of authority and ownership. As we explore the parable of the talents, we see that freedom and joy comes through embracing our role as servants, and accepting our role as stewards of his wealth. Easy? Not really, no. Rewarding? Absolutely.
